Return and Replacement Policy
S.K. Borka Bazar usually ensures that customers receive their products in perfect and intact condition. However, there may be times when we fail to meet everyone’s expectations or situations go beyond our control. Nevertheless, there is a bond of trust between S.K. Borka Bazar and its customers. To strengthen this bond, skborkabazar.com offers you the option to return your product (if it is damaged or mistakenly designed). In such cases, S.K. Borka Bazar will provide you with a replacement product.
Terms and Conditions for Return or Replacement:
- Returns must be made within 03 days from the date of delivery.
- The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must remain intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
- If the product comes with a free promotional item, it must also be returned.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and verification by S.K. Borka Bazar's team.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
- Please note that Cash on Delivery charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Reasons for Return and Replacement:
- The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description.
- Size mismatch for clothing.
(Note: This policy is applicable only if we deliver a size different from the one mentioned on the invoice. If the size on the invoice matches the delivered item, a refund will not be considered.)
- Mismatched color for clothing.
- Faulty design on clothing.
(Includes discrepancies in front/back design, incorrect design, or improper design placement.)
- Wrong product delivered.
How to Return:

- After we pick up or receive the product, we will conduct a quality check. If the reason for the return is valid, we will provide a replacement or initiate a refund process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the return evaluation is complete.
- If the replacement product is unavailable in stock, a full refund will be provided.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If COD is selected, no refund applies since the order payment has not been made.
- Refunds for payments made via credit card, debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer will be processed to the respective payment method.
- If an online payment is made multiple times due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded.
